Your journey begins by browsing our carefully selected puppies. Each puppy is raised by responsible breeders who meet strict standards of cleanliness, comfort, and welfare, so they grow up in spacious, loving environments where they can wean, sleep, play, and explore safely. We help you match your family’s lifestyle and preferences with the right breed and personality, connecting you with a healthy, well‑socialized companion for life.
2. Health Checks & Guarantee
Before any puppy is cleared for adoption, they receive a full “nose‑to‑tail” health examination by a licensed veterinarian, along with age‑appropriate vaccinations and deworming. You’ll receive a signed health certificate and detailed medical records to share with your vet.
To protect your peace of mind, every adoption is backed by our 2‑year health guarantee against genetic or hereditary conditions, plus ongoing health and wellness support when you follow our recommended feeding, training, and exercise guidelines. Your puppy starts life with a strong foundation—and you adopt with confidence.
3. Finalizing Your Adoption
Once you’ve chosen your puppy and we’ve confirmed availability, you complete the adoption and payment. At this stage, we:
- Confirm your details and preferred delivery options.
- Review any country‑specific or import requirements (for international clients).
- Begin preparing all veterinary documents and travel arrangements.
Only after full payment and required documentation are confirmed do we begin the export and shipping process, ensuring everything is properly in place for a safe, legal, and smooth journey.
4. Delivery & Shipping
Your puppy’s safety and comfort always come first. We offer nationwide delivery across South Africa and tailored assistance for international clients:
- Domestic (South Africa): Delivery to major airports and selected door‑to‑door services, depending on your location.
- International: Custom arrangements based on route, regulations, and airline availability.
Our location‑based shipping fee typically includes airfare, a veterinary health certificate for air travel, an airline‑approved carrier with food and water attachments, and cozy bedding to keep your puppy comfortable.
Before travel, puppies are fully health‑checked, gently acclimated to their crate, and given special care at the airport. During the flight, they travel in a pressurized, climate‑controlled compartment approved for live animals, in soft‑bedded carriers with access to food and water—no sedation is used, in line with airline regulations.
Delivery timelines usually range from 8 to 12 weeks (or longer) from adoption, depending on your puppy’s age, completed vaccinations (including rabies), import permits, and possible quarantine rules in the destination country.
5. Welcoming Your Puppy Home
When your puppy arrives, you receive:
- Your puppy, safely delivered in their airline‑approved crate.
- A signed health certificate and full vaccination/deworming records.
- Guidance on settling your puppy in, feeding, basic training, and routine.
